My husband's health

Recently, my husband is not good condition. I think too much that I'm worrying his health.
Since he drank red wines that he don't like last night, he has a headache this morning.

Two night ago, he had a stomachache. Why does he go on bad condition ?
I think anything have been happening inside him.. He has some allergy by nature.
I'm afraid to loss him.

What can I do?
Maybe it is simple. I make and give him healthy food and nature situation.

Night and morning lesson

I began to study English as soon as I woke up at 6:00 this morning. It was writing lesson during listening English news.
I could use 30 minutes for this. Actually the English lesson was said successful than studying non-stop while 2-3 hours.

That is an excuse but I have not much my free time. There are fulltime job, making lunch box and cooking breakfast and dinner in my everyday.
So I have to find slightly time during everyday.
I study in lunch break time and early morning in order to get talking skills.

Last night in bath room, I read Yoga Stola written by Patañjali. His languages is not easy for me but I can receive many awesome thinking and tranquil minds.

I am not me. If I think my mind is suspicious, that is my mind's thinking. If I feel tired to live, that is my body's feels. Because I am in another place. It is forever and turn many times.

Taking TOEIC

I took the TOEIC Test last weekend. This is twice for me. When I took that first, I tried that without studying.
Although the result was too bad, I could get challenging mind.

When I recieve the result I'll inform to this blog that.

I think my weak point is grammar is not enough. As I grow up I'm forgetting that knowledge.
While lunch time and slightly time coming to work, I am studying dictation. Because of that, I can hear and understand to listening English, but writting is not.

I have to study hard to use text book of TOEIC and make me to take exam again.

What do I spend times?

We can't retrieve a past time as is known. Just now time is over and he doesn't see back to us.
So I try to do that I want to action everyday, everytime.

This dialy is for me training writting English.
Maybe it was often wrote shorter, on the other hand there is long sentences sometime.
In Japan, we said "つれづれなるままに” means are...I have no idea. lol

Why am I going to NYC??

First, why am I going to NYC?? It's very simple story.

I wanna learn and get YOGA power.
-In the YOGGY world, that's expression is not right.
I wanna know different experience, culture and people. So I selected to get YOGA classes in NYC. On other hand NYC is country that I want to go.


I was born rural area in Kyoto, Japan. When I was 18 years-old, I have come to Tokyo because of work.
Many job made me busy and tore my private time. But I thought it is normally and proper.

The time goes by.. I got married in 5th May 2012.

That incident swiftly change my thinking and life. At that time, I felt I'm not alone.
-It is a matter of course but after getting married with someone, you might slightly are at a loss to  think that.

As we are a family we have to decide our life by ourselves.
That time I need some rest and soothing and I have to save power of love for my family.

I challenge to change my life.
For my heart is tranquil,
For I get enough kindness,
and for I grand my dream.

Starting our challenge to go to NYC

The incident happened yesterday is happy for me. My husband decided to go to  NYC with me!!
Our NYC's life is not ritzy but we'll be able to tranquilly study.


First he was denying to go to there. He was frightened to quit his job it means we lost our proper lifecycle in Japan.

But we before going and we after going are difference!
After do that, we'll get a new skills and awesome experience.
